This Sunday
This week we are kicking off a new series about the Kingdom of the Skies...here on earth...now.
Join us as we dive into one of the most studied, quoted, referenced, and often misunderstood Biblical texts, the Sermon on the Mount.
If you think the Sermon on the Mount is just a 'checklist to get into heaven' or a 'how to keep God not mad at you' bit of text, you're in for a surprise with this series.
Invite someone new to bring with you and buckle up, Buttercup! Gonna be a fun few weeks.
Groups Sunday
We’ll have several groups in the lobby this Sunday with opportunities for you to get connected! Swing by the tables to meet the leaders, ask questions, and get plugged in!
In the Lobby this Sunday:
Financial Peace University (FPU)
If you've felt like no matter what you do, you're always behind with money... You could benefit from attending an FPU class!
Well good news!
We'll be hosting an FPU class starting June 8th!
If managing money is a new concept, or if you just need a refresher course — you're welcome to join this class!
Grief Share
Mondays & Thursdays
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Moedim
The purpose of this group is to encourage the believer in Christ to learn more about the Seven Feasts of the Lord and their prophetic significance as they reveal and unfold God’s plan of redemption through Jesus Christ. These feasts are times appointed by God where His people connect with Him in worship.
ASL Classes
We are offering two levels of informal ASL (American Sign Language) classes starting June 23rd for anyone who wants to learn sign language!
The two levels:
Beginner's ASL (Foundations) &
Intermediate ASL (Next Steps)
**Please email Trish to let her know which class you'd like to attend! Foundations or Next Steps.
